ReDown® is a natural recycled down that combines lightweight and warmth, delivering the same insulating properties as virgin down.

Recovered from post-consumer products such as duvets, jackets and sleeping bags, it is regenerated through a certified process to create premium-quality insulation for new garments.

How is ReDown® made?

1. Collection & sorting

Down is recovered from post-consumer products and carefully sorted by hand.

2. Extraction

The down is mechanically extracted while preserving its integrity and natural benefits.

3. Cleaning & sanitising

The material is washed, dried and sterilised at 135°C for 30 minutes before undergoing rigorous quality controls.

4. Recycled Down as new filling

The regenerated recycled down is ready to become the insulation inside LaMunt garments.
